3. No, and in fact Asch is very tightly in control of himself most of the time (except when his temper gets the better of him). However, he has a traumatic trigger related to being unable to move (paralysis, being tied up) - when he's in this kind of situation, he flat out panics and his mind kind of shakes apart into flashbacks and freakouts. So yeah, that's a thing.
4. Asch has a connection to Luke (chosenfake) based on their nature as perfect isofons (also applies to Lorelei but LOL Lorelei is not an appable character). Generally speaking, Asch uses the connection to be a telepathic asshole, but even when they're not actively speaking through it, they're prone to doing thing in synchronized ways whether they intend to or not. Full permissions for this would probably pend on Saffy, but I personally have no care about Tsuna noticing Weird Synchro Shit or the times when Asch has Luke on the other line.
